Error reports, reader questions, feedback on reviews, and business mail all land here. A clear subject line gets it routed to the right desk on the first pass.
Reporting an error
Accuracy reports outrank everything else in the inbox. If any figure on this site looks wrong, an RTP that does not match the game client, a bet limit a casino has changed, a bonus buy price that no longer holds, a withdrawal time that no longer reflects reality, we want to know the same day you spot it.
Our standing commitment: verified factual errors are corrected within 48 hours. Verification means we re-run the check ourselves against Hacksaw's game sheet or inside the casino's game client, because both readers and operators are sometimes wrong. Where a fix changes a conclusion rather than a digit, the affected page carries a note about the change.
Three things make verification fast:
- The full URL plus the exact sentence, number, or table cell you are disputing.
- Evidence of what you saw: a screenshot of the game client, paytable screen, or cashier page.
- The date, casino, and currency involved, since limits and availability move month to month.
Business and press
Casino operators and affiliate networks should read the affiliate disclosure before emailing: rankings, scores, and review copy are not for sale, there are no sponsored slots, and drafts are never shared for approval. A casino that wants coverage gets exactly one route, the same seven-point test documented on the about page, applied with our own deposits and published however it comes out.
Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite our verified game data and testing observations with attribution and a link. If you need methodology detail beyond what the about page carries, ask; we share it.
What this inbox cannot do
We are not a casino. We hold no player accounts, no balances, and no funds, and we have no access to any operator's systems. That means we cannot recover accounts, chase withdrawals, reverse deposits, unlock bonuses, or arbitrate disputes with Gamdom, Stake, Roobet, Rainbet, or anyone else. Operator problems go to that operator's support; our reviews record how responsive each one was when we asked our own questions.
We also cannot help with the game itself beyond what we publish: we did not build Dork Unit and cannot change its odds, fix a stuck demo session, or restore demo credits. Dork Unit is Hacksaw Gaming's product.
If the problem is gambling itself rather than a gambling site, skip email entirely: the free and confidential options on our responsible gambling page, starting with 1-800-GAMBLER, are faster and better than anything we could reply with.
Typical response times: error reports within one business day, everything else within three. Critical mail gets read too, and has made this site better more than once.
